Before you can send or accept bets, you need to activate your account by confirming that you have access to the email address you provided when you signed up.
- Check your email
- Look for an email with subject “Confirm your email address”
- Tap the confirmation link
- Your account is now activated
If the confirmation email doesn’t show up:
- Wait a few minutes
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure you’re checking the correct email account
Request a new confirmation email:
- Sign in to your account on Betolio
- Tap the “Profile” icon in the top right corner
- Tap on “Accounts”
- Tap “Verify” next to your email address
If you still do not receive your confirmation email, please submit a support ticket.
